No. The $99 monthly plan is priced per carrier and covers USDOT/FMCSA and TxDMV Certificate monitoring only.
Yes. Permit, renewal, update, and reporting services are available separately with a defined quote.
No. Registration changes, renewals, IFTA filings, DQ file setup or maintenance, audits, previous employment investigations, and driver onboarding are outside the monthly plan.
All consultations and appointments are remote. Client hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
