About this website
JASACO Compliance & Consulting Solutions, LLC is based in McAllen, Texas and provides remote consulting services. There are no walk-in office visits. Using this website does not enroll a carrier, change an existing agreement, or authorize paid services.
Contact forms and links
The contact form submits only basic inquiry information to FormSubmit over HTTPS for delivery to info@jasacocompliance.com. FormSubmit states it retains submissions for 30 days and uses spam checks including Google reCAPTCHA. Its published privacy policy does not provide detailed assurances about encryption at rest, backup retention, or a guaranteed delivery service level. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. A website submission is not a guarantee that an email reached an inbox. The form does not save inquiry entries in browser storage. Phone, WhatsApp, Calendly, and OneDrive open separate services with their own privacy practices.
Use your designated secure document workspace
Do not use the contact form for Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passwords, financial information, or confidential documents. The contact form has no document-upload field. Sensitive documents should only be submitted through the secure document workspace specifically provided by JASACO. Use the Client Portal page to request access instructions; do not attach documents to an access request.
Client documents
The Client Portal page provides instructions for requesting secure document access. It does not accept folder links, collect passwords, provide an account login, or host client documents. JASACO verifies access requests and provides secure sharing instructions separately. Use only the workspace designated for your company.
Fill-in worksheets
Worksheet entries are used in your current browser tab to create a download or printed copy. They are not stored on this website or sent to Jasaco. Leaving the page clears your entries. Share completed worksheets through your authorized client folder when requested.
Local training progress
The sample lesson stores a completion flag in this browser’s local storage. It is not a centralized training record or a certificate. You can clear that flag below.
Scope and pricing
Written estimates and signed agreements determine the scope of work. Government fees, taxes, insurance, and third-party charges are identified separately unless expressly included. Agency approval and processing timelines cannot be guaranteed.
The $99 monthly monitoring plan covers USDOT/FMCSA and TxDMV Certificate monitoring only. Other services require separate authorization. The carrier remains responsible for its operations and applicable requirements.
Resources and education
Starter worksheets and the sample lesson support general organization. They do not replace source records, operation-specific requirements, or legal advice. Planned training modules and paid digital products are not yet available for purchase or certification.
